"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mk. 16:15-16).

Those of us associated with IFFC here strive to fulfill this directive by sharing and teaching the Gospel to as wide an audience as possible through every possible legitimate means at our disposal. As New Testament Christians, we are joyous, responsible and resolute people in the Gospel of Christ as we realize that it is "The power of God to salvation for everyone who believes" (Rom. 1:16).We are a group of young professionals living in Northern Virginia reaching out to the people in DC metro region with a common zeal to work for the LORD. We are an interdenominational group which meets regularly to learn and to share a fellowship.

Our Vision

The vision of Indian friends for Christ is for our community to be characterized by love and cooperation, where Christians help individuals, families, and neighbors thereby working together in an effort to have everyone live in the Kingdom of Christ by HIS Will and Grace. We envision our role in being a faithful light in this world, called to represent and to introduce Jesus Christ to people who do not know HIM so that HIS Grace may profoundly and eternally bless them.

Our Goal

The purpose of Indian Friends for Christ is for all members to seek a full, personal relationship with God and to become involved in sharing and living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in every aspect of their personal and professional life. The goal of this group is the mission of Jesus Christ. To be a witness to the living power and presence of God, to offer healing and hope to the world, to love people and to join God in the movement towards HIS reign. We seek to fulfill our goal and purpose through worship, nurture*, service, evangelism, and stewardship.
